I'm looking at a very extensive photo archive of the BS Han on rebelscum and it's blowing my mind. It's got everything a $20 Han Solo needs to come with to justify the price. And again, I love those quotes on the back of the boxes. "Sorry about the mess". Hilarious!

http://www.rebelscum...-08/default.asp

I can't wait for HTS to ship mine. Of course, they usually ship stuff out a bit later so I'm guessing it will be closer to Christmas before I get mine. But if I'm guaranteed to get them and I don't pay shipping, I guess I'll live!

Everything except Harrison Ford's likeness.

Also, Wheeljack do yourself a favor and buy Darth Maul. I'm not saying go all in on the prequel figures, but the 6 inch Darth Maul is awesome even if the trilogy he is in was lackluster. Later when you reconsider and he costs a ton, you'll regret it.

Met up with my buddies today at a local toy show. My buddy Jimmy had I think 6-8 custom 6" Black figures. I wish I took pics of them, they were pretty well done.

OH, reminds me, Target has them on "sale" right now for $18.something.

$18.99, a whole dollar off. However, that's not as laughable as other Target "sales" I've seen on action figures where it's literally pennies less than regular price.

I guess you're right about the likeness, Joe. I just can't NOT see David Duchovny as Fox Mulder everytime I look at it.

A three man wave, hu? OK by me but I thought Vader was in this wave for some reason.

I'll get a Stormtrooper maybe two if I find another.

The Luke is looking a bit droopy eyed but I'll reserve judgment until I get him in hand.

The Obi Wan will be a pass.

Not as impressive as wave two but I'll be fine with saving a bit of money.

Ha! Speaking of "Han Mulder/Fox Solo"...that Bespin Luke is looking a little like Hugh Grant. (lol)

You're right. @lol@

Why did you have to say that? Now I'm gonna be seeing the same thing when I look at it. @lol@

Is it just me, or do Obi-Wan and Luke look really bad?

I hope it's just the pics, and that they will be a lot better when we get the final product in hand.

I just got my Wave 2 last week. Here's the first review with plenty of pictures: Han Solo

He's pretty good. I'll jump into the camp of stating that I think this is a pretty good Ford likeness as well. Really nice figure all around, just watch out for the wrist pegs!

I also just added the review for Greedo, probably my favorite figure so far: Greedo

While he doesn't have too many accessories, I just freaking love him. He's really a perfect likeness and so much fun to pose. ootah gootah, indeed!

Obi-Wan always looked bad.
Boring design, boring toy, didn't come out very well anyway.

But Bespin Luke kinda breaks my heart a little.
Hey, no one knows better than me that there's a difference between prototype and final production model, but MAN, that took a huge dip.

It just looked SO nice before, and now, not so much. How much can I fix witha repaint? I dunno - like always, I'll have to wait and see how it actually comes out.

Yeah same here. It's not looking good but I'll hold out hope until I see it in person.

Maybe sometime down the road we'll get one of these like in the POTF2 days

I think I'll take a gamble on wave 3 and not preorder like I did with wave 2. I never wanted the Obi Wan, Luke went down to a "maybe". I'll take a chance on seeing Stormtrooper at retail.

Just added a review of Princess Leia (Slave Outfit) to the website: Princess Leia (Slave Outfit) Review

I'll say that she is the first figure I'm really disappointed with in this line. The sculpt is OK, but the lack of painted details on the belt, the messiness of the paint on her outfit, and the fraying skirt all just leave me feeling like she's so much less than she could have been.

Regarding that Bespin Luke, he just seems really "plain" as well. I was expecting that he'd come with an alternate portrait and a removable hand at the very least. Same with Obi-Wan who looks like he's only coming with a lightsaber. Originally these figures truly seemed deluxe in the amount of accessories they caome with but now they're starting to seem much less so.

Bespin Luke kind of looks like Peter Dinklage now.
