DCUC Infinite Heroes

Anyway, I have been scouring my local TJ Maxx's and Marshall's looking for the Ravager/Dr. Light/Robin 3-pack and the Heatwave/Trickster/Flash 3-pack. I am also on the look out at Ollie's for the Doomsday 6-pack because they had the Mallah's Revenge 6-packs for $10 a while back.

I can't seem to find those 3 packs at all. Pretty much just Harbinger & Animal man sets. I'm not counting the rehashed 3 packs.

Oddly Walmart has put DCIH pegs back up next to the DCUC pegs.

Interesting...DCIH seems all but dead here. Neither Walmart nor Target have anything other than a few single leftovers (Alex Luthor, Weaponer, OMAC, Lex Trooper, etc). No multipacks. Haven't found too much at the discount stores either! If I see anything you guys are looking for I'll let you know!

My son had a bad day today (sick) so I went to Marshalls and picked up the only 3 pack they had...Animal Man/Starfire/Strange. Still can't find the Sinestro or Harbinger and have not seen a 6 pack in a store at all! But it sure did cheer my son up! I am going to San Francisco next weekend so hopefully I'll have some luck there.

I was too busy to do much hunting in SF (wedding). I did find some Deathstrokes at a Target but they were $8.04! Sucks because that is the first time I've seen that wave in stores.

Wow SF is expensive!

Maybe you will luck out and find him at Walmart now that they are restocking.

Kord Industries - Ask Matty 9/1/10

KI: There really wasn't any news concerning a 3 3/4" line at SDCC. Has DCIH seen its last figure?

Matty: As announced at our fan panel, the 3 ¾-inch scale is kicking in 2011 and will be themed for Green Lantern. Just what style and character is yet to be announced as we are waiting to gauge retailer interest before announcing specifics to the public.

Then more ebay protos...

5) Since you are not receiving any vendor orders for the Infinite Heroes line, does this mean that the line is over?

The name is going away, but the scale will continue in 2011 under a new name.

I SAY

I am very glad about the continuing of the Scale of the Infinite Heroes in whatever form or name they choose because I believe in the potential of the line, BUT I will not get EXCITED till they tell us they will be using great sculpts and new type of articulation. By they I want articulation but I don't want basketballs for hip joints. They have alluded to this line continuing with a green lantern theme . this would be a great transition. But they will have to be better in every way than say the Superman/Batman Public Enemies figures.

I thought the Superman/Batman PE figures were ok.
