well if these are the remainders of 08 then Robin should have been in a wave with Batman 2 that includes Charaxes

BeastBoy could have been with Nightwing and Slade, both teen titans who have fought many times with Slade, where as Robin just started his battles with Slade and robin as said above would have made more sense to be in the wave with Batman 2 and Charaxes because for one thing, Charaxes, who is the old Killer Moth before selling his soul to Neron, made his comic debut in Robin as Charaxes and again if this is the lineups of figures for 08, how can you have SHAZAM without Black Adam, this may have been our only chance to get Black Adam along with SHAZAM

Overall, it sounds like a good line-up. Hal Jordan is a must. Sinestro could come in two variants, maybe old school blue/black outfit and new Sinestro Corps yellow/black outfit. Deathstroke could come masked or unmasked as well. I don't care how Robin and Nightwing look as long as they have more articulation than the previous versions. Grundy is someone I have been waiting for, and I hope he turns out great.

IMO, these are the definitive versions of these characters ever! Once I have this wave, I don't think any future figures that come out of these characters by some other company can match the sheer beauty of the ones the 4HM have sculpted. These are masterpieces!

I know the Lobo issue has been beaten to death and that we can all talk it in circles until we're blue in the face but...they gave us Etrigan, a Demon from Hell (often times on the side of the heroes - more often than Lobo as far as my memory/experience recalls.) in the very first wave. A Demon. From Hell. It even says so on the package. The implications alone would lend one to believe a Demon from Hell would have to do some pretty nasty stuff on a daily basis. Anyone ever read Dante's Inferno?

Imagine a parent in a Bible belt state, or Utah, or somewhere like that, picking that one up off the shelf and reading the packaging. Some folks can be pretty touchy about that type of thing.

That said, I think the Lobo issues (excuses) are pretty lame.

Maybe they released Etrigan as a pre-emptive test. If they can get that guy made without a loud public outcry, Lobo should be a cinch.

Cool lineup, the only one that's a dud is Hal Jordan, but that's because he's a boring character who doesn't do anything but make green fists, and murder everybody.

I'll customize him into an INTERESTING character.
