  1. That's the thing with the undertaker. He's one of the few guys that NEVER breaks character under any circumstances. Would I have liked to see him have a big send off? Yes. Did I think he would? No. What happened is exactly what I knew would happen. he lost, walked out with his head held high and we might never hear from him again publically. It's all part of the mystic he cared about so much.
  2. I've seen a number of out of character Interviews with Undertaker where he'd say He would keep going until "One of the boys" Told him it was time for him to step down, at which point he would do so without argument. I am going to hazard a guess that was what Vince said to him before wrestlemania. Mark's all about the business, so if Vince felt he was getting to haggard from age and injuries to carry on the legacy of the Undertaker as the fans remember it I can see him going along with it..Which he obviously did to our dismay. His fans have to realize that potraying that character for the last 25 years has taken it's toll on him. The guys almost topping out at 7 feet tall he's nearly 50 years old and he has done things in and outside the ring men half his size and age usually do..so once those injuries start to pile up it's going to handicap his moveset to a degree he just can't "Go" like he used to. We saw it at Wrestlemania which some have said was one of the worst worked matches of the night. What I took from WrestleMania after it was all said and done was he cared so much about the character and how he was saw by his fans that he took the ultimate dive rather then piss all over his legacy and keep going like other big names have long past their expiration date, and since it was his last possible match he forced himself to walk with his head held high to the back and collapsed a few seconds after getting to the back rather then let his fans remember him like that. I'm going to do my best to try to forget he lost that night. Instead I am going to remember the great matches he had before with triple H and HBK..and the awesome way he broke out of the Anaconda vice last year. That's how I am going to remember his run.
  3. I'm seeing now that he got the contract but has yet to return it to Titan Sports ( is it still called titan sports? lol) I'm guessing he's having his lawyers have a real close look at it before he signs off on it.
  4. I haven't liked Nancey Grace since she flew off the handle so much at that TWO of her guests committed suicide after dealing with her style of "questioning".
  5. Well look what they did for Eddie's family. Vickie's been on there for years making a shrill #@$#@ of herself, so who knows. In time we may see one of his daughters running down the ramp wearing the facepaint and calling herself the Ultimate Warrior Princess. In all seriousness though , I expect his family will have the contract honored as this is a very public, and very sad moment for all involved. I also expect all monies and merchandise sale cuts to go to his estate and his heirs to have creative control over what is allowed and what isn't. Just look at Owen hart's wife. She's put a stop to anything Owen related being released since his ACCIDENTAL death...*Flips off Nancey Grace*
  6. i feel the same way, as did the fans! Did you see that reaction? Complete shock and disgust at Brock being picked as "The man to end the streak." To top it off it was an insult to those of us that have followed the Streak since the 90's. Not to mention in recent years.. you mean to tell me that Taker can come out on top after those four epic, and many say best matches in WWE history again HBK and Triple H.. yet Brock more or less gets a godamn squash match?! The match was sad to watch, mostly because you could hear Taker calling all the spots for it... So you know he's most likely the one that picked Brock to end his Legacy. The question I want to ask him and the WWE is..WHY?!
  7. Considering what I've seen of him on his youtube channel I think he was actually very reserved lastnight. All of the people he hates were in the arena with him, and he resisted the urge to call them out. Sure he mentioned that dvd that came out, and some of the things they said about him.. but I feel he had right to that night. Also, did anyone notice the urn Undertaker held up? That was the ORIGINAL! I recognized the dents and patina! It was cool to see him come out with it for the first time in nearly 20 years, and very fitting to hold it aloaft for Uncle Paul.
  8. I predict Cena will win, Taker will win, DB will win, then batista will win. Now what I would like to see if Batista winning sunday, then dropping the belts to DB the next night on Raw in a epic match.. But that never happens anymore does it?
  9. The only reason I have it is for wrestlemania and random Undertaker/ Mick Foley match binges. Finding out how great nxt was, and getting to watch Legends of wrestling is a bonus for me.
  10. From what I can see they have EVERY WWE/WWF ppv available to watch. All of the In your house ppv's as well. As for what I watch on there? Just NXT and The Legends of Wrestling. NXT because it's incredible wrestling with solid characters, and The legends of wrestling because it's awesome to watch and listen to all these wrestling greats tell stories about certain subjects.
  11. He's lucky he didn't get the hell beaten out of himself by a fan either. I saw him spit on a few fans during matches, and as said.. he's lucky he didn't get his ass handed to him like he did against that marine in the barfight.
  12. That's a shame, I liked coming here for them.
  13. No new posts in weeks! Starting to feel left out of the loop without my daily wrestle news updates!
  14. Not seeing anything new here. granted the series has pretty much hit the cap for what you might want out of a wrestling game. Still I'd like to see a few new features. Like online regional territories C.A.W.S. can rise up from to be signed onto an official WWE online permotion. That would make me buy this in a heartbeat.
  15. Yeah it's never going to happen unless the rest of his family steps in and talks or strong arms her into it. Owen deserves to be in there, but all she can see is the accident.
